FAQ's
I run a pub and need my carpets cleaning once a month, but I have in house cleaners.
Would you still clean my carpets on a regular basis?
We can provide regular cleaning schedules for Carpets, Office cleaning, warehouses, pubs and clubs. We also meet any requirements that are client needs; therefore if you only needed your carpets cleaned once a year, we are able to accommodate the service you require.

How much do you charge per hour?
For office cleaning we charge £9.50 per hour depending upon the size of the unit however discounts are always available. For all the other cleaning services we provide, different rates apply depending upon the cleaning schedule.

Do you charge for quotes?
We have always offered a free no obligation quote.

What happens if I have a complaint?
If any of our customers are dissatisfied with the services we provide, firstly we ask the unit supervisor to be informed of the situation and hopefully the matter can be resolved instantly. However our area management team is always available to sort out queries and can revise any cleaning schedules to suit all requirements.
