CONTRACT CLEANING
Our management is deliberately structured to suit the specialist cleaning required in the sectors we supply whilst maintaining a seven-day cycle. This is the daily responsibility of our Operations Manager who controls a team of Area Managers reporting directly to him daily.
We operate a daily checking procedure at each site to ensure our staff interact with a Designated site manager prior to leaving the building. On a weekly basis our individual Area Managers make contact with site management to discuss and deal with any issues arising thus,ensuring a close contact and checking procedure is maintained at all times.
Our staff are required to undertake training and are fully vetted prior to being employed. We supply a company uniform and identity card and are acutely aware of the necessity of a reliable hygiene service so have systems in place to cover sickness and absence from work which inevitably occur from time to time. We are also fully aware of our responsibilities so far as security of each individual premises is concerned.
Four Seasons Limited holds all necessary insurance cover required by law and carry out COSSH/Risk assessment procedures. |
