Steam Cleaning
This method is used on thinner carpets to remove dirt and grease build up. High-pressure steam is penetrated through the carpet fibres to release the dirt, which is then removed leaving a fresh clean finish and the reduced the risk of shrinkage.

Hot water Extraction
This method is used on more thicker, heavy-duty carpets, using high pressure and very hot water with a vacuum, to penetrate deeper into the carpet. This dirt extraction process can also include the Sanitising and Deodorising of carpets for a longer lasting finish.

Shampooing
Like all other shampooing processes this will give any carpet an immediate fresh clean look, using specialist carpet shampoo and water.

Full Stain Removal
Depending on the type of stain and how badly it may have damaged the carpet, either the Steam or Hot Water Extraction process will be used with specialist industrial products that will target the stained areas. This process will revive any type of carpet that has become a little worse for wear.

Chewing Gum Removal
Using specialist equipment that removes all chewing gum residues from carpet, we can clean the entire carpet area to leave a fresh look.

Maintenance and Emergency Programmes
Our Company offers one off cleans as well as long-term contracts for any area of carpet (whether large or small).
Emergency programmes will deal with the carpets that may have been flooded, received chemical spillage or just a regular clean up that needs to be done quickly. All Emergency programmes are dealt with individually but whatever the problem – we can sort it!
We also offer regular carpet cleans as part of a maintenance programme. These programmes are usually for larger scale carpets that need to be maintained an area at a time to give an overall clean fresh look.

Fire Retardant Application - This will involve a qualified member of our team using specialist equipment to apply a retardant product deep into the carpet to prevent the risk of fire. Although this process is usually carried out on a large scale in commercial and industrial buildings, we can also carry out this process on smaller areas.
